Navigating to and browsing our Website does not require any registration. If you contact us by email or through the Web Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. We treat this information as we would treat any other unsolicited business correspondence, and have no obligation to keep this information confidential, nor to take any security measures to protect this information.
Use of the Service will require a registration consisting of your corporate email address and a password that you specify. Additional personal information may be requested during the registration process.
We may collect information in connection with your use of the Website or Service, or through the use of analytics services as described in the “Tracking Technologies” section, below. This information includes, but is not limited to the following:
the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device from which you access the Website or Service; the nature and identification of the device from which you access the Website or Service, including operating system, device characteristics and unique device identifier; the specific actions that you take while using the Website or Service; the time, frequency and duration of your use of the Website or Service; any search terms that you may enter onto the Service; and and information and materials you share while using the Service.
As part of the Service delivered to our customers, data and information (“Customer Data”) may be made available to us for the purpose of providing the Service, which could include processing, organizing, categorizing and indexing such Customer Data. We abide by the Privacy Shield Principles of the EU-U.S. Framework regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information collected by organizations in the European Union and Switzerland, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Privacy Shield”). In particular, we comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions. We remain responsible in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that we engage to process such personal data on our behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Please contact us should you have any questions or complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Shield. If your Privacy Shield complaint is not resolved through contacting us, you have the right to invoke binding arbitration, at our sole cost and expense, with JAMS Privacy Shield Program. Under certain conditions, described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Other MattersSecurity. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us or submit through the Service against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or submit through the Service and you do so at your own risk.

Changing or Updating Account-Holder Information. We may limit or reject your request in certain cases, including without limitation where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy in the case in question, where the rights of other persons would be violated, or as required by law.
Customer Data. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data may be contained within the Customer Data processed by our Service. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate personal data provided by one of our customers should direct their query to that customer. If the customer requests that we remove or modify the data, we will respond to their request as soon as is practicable. No Use by Children. The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We will never knowingly collect information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Service and please do not provide us with information of any kind whatsoever. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has submitted information to the Service without verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her information from our files and deactivate his or her account. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents.
